Music drifts through the air and the distant sound of laughter can be heard in the woods. Drawing closer the aroma of fresh baked bread and an early morning fire caresses one's nose.Surely, it must be true....There is magic dwelling within the woods. This is that special weekend, a gathering of The Spirit of Magic.

May 5th and 6th 2012 The Spirit of Magic comes to life deep within the enchanted Gypsy Woods. Step back into a simpler time as you cross the Troll Bridge that will take you into the Gypsy Woods and travel into the shire of Irish Reds. This is a time where the fae and humankind mixed freely and wonderous creatures were of an ordinary nature. All are welcomed into Irish Reds shire so do not fear the pirates or other mercenaries as they too have come to relax and enjoy this peaceful land.

The Children's Realm greets children of all ages and is the beginning of a full day of live entertainment which awaits those who enter the shire of Irish Reds. Be amazed by jugglers, thrilled by the live steel combatents, stirred by the sounds of celtic music and pay homage to our veterans both living and passed. This will be a day not soon forgotten by anyone who attends.

Fear not the pains of hunger for Irish Reds Inn provides the finest of baked breads with a hearty meal of Irish Stew. A simple meal of savory delight made to renourish the weary body and soul. For those who desire a less filling meal meant to be shared; Feast upon a platter of Potato Pancakes and Sausage. Hunger shall be vanquished at the tables of Irish Reds Inn.

A word of warning to those who might fall victim to the Impartial Guards of the Shire. Those accused of and found guilty of a crime shall be promptly placed in stocks or held in the confines of the cell as they await rescue by their friends. If one is held by the Impartial Guards of the Shire please be kind as all funds raised by these devious do gooders will be donated to the Arnold Chiari Malformation Foundation in search of a cure and to raise public awareness of this crippling and yes deadly condition.

In tradition of the time tipping was customary and performers will pass the hat. Show your appreciation with coinage or paper. No tip is too small or too big and all is kept by those who recieve. In these difficult times if you are unable to tip please do not be shy and shout a loud and hearty HUZZAH and let our performers know they have done a job well done.

Guest are encouraged to come in costume but not required. Please interact with our cast and performers as by doing so you become a part of the magic and not just a spectator. Spirit of Magic is geared toward quality entertainment for all ages.
